2. How Prophets Shaped Societies by Creator’s Instructions for better Survival and Human Reproduction?

2.1. Primary Education:

As we discussed before about creation of humans and their reproduction growth from a pair (couple), how their weak physiques create dependencies (like wearing clothes, build civilizations and many more etc) and how their speaking power help them to share learnings, develop multiple languages on different locations, for better survival & upgradation. And their growth on earth also brought many social challenges along religion conflicts.

According to Quran, All Prophets (from Adam to Muhammad ﷺ) were mainly focused on Tawhid (belief & Worship one Creator and Judgment day) for unity and self accountability, to avoid divisions, false guidance and wrongdoings. Also they educated people for, securing humans reproduction cycle and social ethics, from The Creator’s Divine Guidance with truth and justice.

These all messages and laws (from Creator) were compiled in holy books in different religions like Christians, Jews etc. And in the last, culminating these all in religion Islam, the last holy book – Quran as the final guide for all humanity. After Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, their followers took the Holy book Quran, a main source of guidance with truth in Islam, for concluding the social challenges. Let see through, how Prophets follow Creator’s instructions, individually and socially:

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: “Chiunque mi garantisca ciò che è tra le sue fauci (uso gentile e saggio della lingua) e ciò che è tra le sue gambe (uso lecito delle parti intime), gli garantisco il Paradiso”.” Sahih al-Bukhari, Book of Riqaq, Hadith 6474


2.2. Two factors for Humans’ Reproduction cycles:

Since human newborns require long-term care. Prophets emphasized the importance of family for the protection and development of new generations, they guided people toward:

1. Family Factor

  • Lawful sexual relationships (marriage) and lawful breakups (divorce) in simple and easy ways, to ensure a stable reproduction system, protection of family rights for generational safety and continuity.
  • Family is a supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and mental development of children.
  • Guidance for Genders interactions in a family systems. Clear definition of roles and responsibilities within the family, including biologically based roles and duties.

| “Men are protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given one more strength than the other, and because they support them from their wealth.”  Surah An-Nisā’ (4:34)

| “Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is All-Aware of what they do. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their private parts and not to display their adornment except what normally appears of it, and to draw their headcovers over their chests, and not to display their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands’ fathers, their sons, their husbands’ sons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons, their sisters’ sons, their women, those their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of women’s private aspects. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed.” An-Nur (24:30-31)


2. Social Factor

To maintain social order and protect individual dignity & mental well-being, and for reducing the risk of birth of orphan childs, Prophets regulated public behaviors by:

  • Adjusting dress standards by limiting body shape exposure and skin-revealing clothing to reduce unwanted sexual attraction, encouraging modest clothing (parda) for females, to protect identity and promote privacy in public places.
  • Promoting respectful gender interaction to ensure a balanced and safe society, by providing a clear definition of roles and responsibilities, including biologically based roles and duties.
  • Restricting homosexual acts for safety of reproduction cycles. Like we know how Qaum-e-Loot (The People of Lot) were punished for this act.
  • Discouraging inappropriate or shameless speech and behavior in public spaces.

| “O children of Adam! We have sent down to you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness—that is best. That is from the signs of Allah, so that they may remember.” Al-A‘raf (7:26)

A example for how genders duties works naturally:

Biology shapes human roles: if a five-year-old boy and girl stand near a 3-kg stone, society instinctively expects the boy to lift it based on physical design. This childhood division grows into distinct adult experiences, for example, a man working in a wheat field gains the practical problem-solving skills, which helps him alot in leadership in the field, while women are shielded from such tasks and perform the tasks according to their biology.That’s why, Forcing the identical duties ignores these natural differences, leading to long-term social imbalance, because human desires cannot override biological reality.
That’s why men are responsible according to their biological ways and women as well according to their biology, for duties.


2.3. How Freedom is a Individual’s Responsibility:

“Siete la migliore nazione prodotta per l'umanità: raccomandate ciò che è giusto, proibite ciò che è sbagliato e credete in Allah”. Āl-‘Imrān 3:110

In Islam, Each human is a role model for others; his good and bad actions affects and influence others’ actions too.
Life on earth is a designed test (a trail before eternal life) for everyone, to record their good & bad choices and their efforts. Like how everyone learn from truth, practice it, and share it to the others, Whether they are muslims or non-muslims.

So everyone, who did good or bad to others, can be judged in the afterlife for punish and reward. Identical lifes with memories are the clear sign for the Day of Judgment.

For Example: If a person lives with a wrong belief and follows its false guidance, even though they are not truly satisfied inside, they may still continue practicing it and teaching it to others. By doing this, they create a chain of false beliefs among family and friends.
If they never correct themselves before death, that chain may continue even after they are gone, and they remain a cause of those wrong actions.

That’s why In Islam, associating others with the One Creator (shirk) is the greatest sin, because it creates divisions then spreads false guidance, cause confusions and can mislead others as well.

Indeed, Allah does not forgive associating partners with Him (shirk), but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills…” – An-Nisa (4:48)
O you who believe! Fear Allah as He should be feared, and do not die except as Muslims.” – Aal-Imran (3:102)

“La giustizia non consiste nel volgere la faccia verso l'oriente o verso l'occidente, ma la vera giustizia è in chi crede in Allah, nell'Ultimo Giorno, negli angeli, nel Libro e nei profeti; in chi dona i beni ‘pur amandoli’ ai parenti, agli orfani, ai bisognosi, ai viaggiatori, a chi li chiede e per liberare gli schiavi; in chi stabilisce la preghiera e dà la zakāh; in chi mantiene le promesse quando le fa; in chi è paziente nelle difficoltà, nelle sofferenze e durante la battaglia. Questi sono coloro che sono sinceri e sono i giusti”. - Al-Baqarah 2:177


2.4. Social ethics & laws:

About communication ethics, As we know, all the humans borns with empty minds, they live and die while learning. So making mistakes is the part of learning, that’s why speaking truth with the kindness is the purest way to guide everyone. kindness is a superpower.

“Chi è privo di gentilezza è privo di ogni bontà”.” Sahih Muslim, Kitab al-Birr wa al-Silah, Hadith 2592

After that, they did also prohibited intoxicants and harmful activities. Safeguarding life, dignity, health, Wealth by educating and punishing any wrongdoings with truth and justice.

2.5. Financial laws:

As financial activities performs the major part in humans social life. So for fair trades, Islam restricted unjust/untraceable activities (Interest, Fraud, etc.), and restricted the transactions which create conflicts and injustice (gambling, bets, etc.) for social peace and safety. And promoted charity (for poverty reduction), teaches economic ethics, etc.

Conclusione

In conclusion, the article highlights how Prophets served as moral and social guides, as Quran described, whose teachings shaped the foundations of just and stable societies. Through their messages, humans learned the importance of justice, honesty, compassion, and responsibility in both personal and collective life.

Their guidance helped people understand how to organize families, communities, and governance in a way that protects human dignity and ensures long-term social stability.
