Processo di produzione dei tessuti
Nel nostro processo di produzione utilizziamo le tecnologie e le attrezzature più avanzate per garantire la massima qualità dei nostri tessuti in poliestere. Il nostro processo comprende le seguenti fasi:

Filatura:
Il tessuto viene trasformato in filato con l'ausilio di filatoi.
Tessitura:
Il filato viene tessuto con macchine per tessere.
Tintura:
I tessuti sono tinti con diverse tecniche e tinture resistenti ai colori.
Finitura:
Il tessuto è rifinito per dare una sensazione di morbidezza e liscezza al tatto e per migliorare la sua durata.
Il processo di produzione dei tessuti in poliestere inizia con la produzione del polimero, che è una lunga catena di fibre sintetiche di poliestere. Il polimero viene quindi fuso ed estruso attraverso piccoli fori, detti spinneret, per creare filamenti continui di fibre. Queste fibre vengono poi avvolte su grandi bobine ed essiccate per rimuovere l'umidità residua. Le fibre essiccate vengono poi ritorte in filati e tessute o lavorate a maglia per ottenere un tessuto, che viene poi rifinito e tagliato nelle dimensioni e nella forma desiderate.
