The Polyester Fabric Manufacturing Process

Le processus de fabrication des tissus commence par la production de polymère, qui est une longue chaîne de fibres synthétiques. Le polymère est ensuite fondu et extrudé à travers de petits trous, appelés filières, pour créer des filaments continus de fibres. Ces fibres sont ensuite enroulées sur de grandes bobines et séchées pour éliminer toute humidité résiduelle.
