Pregen is een populaire aanpassingsmethode die wordt bereikt door oppervlaktebehandelingen op de stof aan te brengen waardoor het lijkt alsof de stof dikker is geworden. Maar in de steeds veranderende modewereld is het een zeer populaire manier voor merken om unieke items te creëren. T-shirts worden meestal voorzien van reliëf, maar sommige merken maken ook casual kleding zoals bomberjacks en andere reliëfs.

Borduurwerk

Borduren is de term die wordt gebruikt om de methode te beschrijven waarbij stoffen worden versierd met naald en draad. Borduren wordt meestal gebruikt voor merkartikelen met een logo dat direct herkenbaar is voor de consument. Borduren is een machinaal proces, waarbij het logo wordt gedigitaliseerd in een bestand dat door de machine kan worden begrepen voordat naald en draad automatisch het ontwerp maken. Dit betekent dat er enkele beperkingen kunnen zijn als het gaat om grootte en complexiteit, maar we zullen altijd advies geven als we ons zorgen maken over uw logo.

Afdrukken

We bieden een breed scala aan drukmethoden. Zeefdrukken wordt meestal gebruikt om grote ontwerpen over te brengen op een kledingstuk en is geschikt voor vrij eenvoudige ontwerpen. Door gebruik te maken van een gelaagd stencilsysteem waar inkt doorheen wordt gedrukt, geeft zeefdrukken een unieke afwerking. Moderne technieken zoals digitaal printen en sublimatiedruk worden gebruikt om resultaten te creëren die te complex zijn voor zeefdrukken.

What is Printing?

Printing is the process for reproducing text and images using a master form or template. The earliest known form of printing as applied to paper was woodblock printing. The technology of the printing played a key role in the development of the Renaissance and the scientific revolution, and laid the material basis for the modern knowledge based economy and the spread of learning to the masses.

Zeefdruk

Zeefdruk is a printing technique whereby a mesh and other materials are used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with the ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily with a line of contact. This cause the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of material apertures as the screen springs back after the blade have passed. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicolored image or design.

Line table printing is the same process as screen printing. The difference between screen printing and line table printing is only tables of them. It is because sometime the some fabrics and materials can’t give the best quality on screen printing then we need to transfer the printing process to the line table printing.
