Because each order is created specifically for you, our refund and replacement policy is tailored to the bespoke nature of our services. We encourage you to read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our commitments.
Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. A replacement or partial refund will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects: The product has a clear and significant manufacturing fault.
- Damage During Transit: The product arrives damaged (proof from the time of delivery is required).
- Incorrect Product: The product received is substantially different from the final, approved sample and order specifications.
Conditions for a Claim
To initiate a claim for a replacement or refund, please adhere to the following process:
Step 1: Notify Us Promptly You must inspect all merchandise upon receipt and contact our customer support team at sales@bahlolintl.com within 10 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
Step 2: Provide Detailed Information Your email must include:
- Your official Order Number.
- A clear and detailed description of the issue.
- High-quality photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy.
Step 3: Assessment and Resolution Once we receive your claim, our quality assurance team will carefully review the provided evidence. We will assess whether the issue stems from a manufacturing fault on our part. No returns will be accepted without a written authorization number from our team.
If your claim is approved, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include:
- Replacement: We will remanufacture the defective items. Please note that shipping and courier charges for the replacement items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Partial or Full Refund: In certain cases, we may offer a refund corresponding to the value of the defective items. The resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Bahlol International.
Order Cancellation Policy
A full refund for an order is only possible if the cancellation request is made in writing within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Once this window has passed and the order moves into the production phase, no cancellations will be accepted and no refunds can be claimed.
Non-Refundable Items & Circumstances
Please note that we cannot offer refunds, returns, or replacements in the following situations:
- Custom-Made Products: As all products are made to order with your specific logos, designs, and specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded unless a clear production fault is established.
- Samples & Prototypes: All charges related to the development and creation of samples are non-refundable.
- Altered or Used Products: Any products that have been washed, worn, screen-printed, embroidered, or otherwise altered by the client are not eligible for a refund or replacement. We urge you to inspect all goods thoroughly before performing any further processing.
- Incorrect Sizing Ordered: We produce garments based on the size specifications you provide and approve. We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered sizes.
- Minor Variations: Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, minor variations in color, dimensions, and sizing may occur. These fall within our accepted manufacturing tolerances and are not considered defects.
- Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you change your mind about the design after the order has been placed and production has begun.
Approved Samples
The final bulk production is based on the pre-production sample that you approve. It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the sample for design, fit, fabric, and quality before giving approval for bulk manufacturing. The approved sample serves as the quality standard for the final order.
