Production & Dispatch Timeline

Please remember that shipping time is separate from production time. To give you a complete picture from order placement to delivery, here are our standard production lead times:

• Sample Production: 2–4 weeks
• Bulk Production (Standard): 16–18 weeks
• Bulk Production (Small/Batch): 6–8 weeks
• Repeat Orders: 4–6 weeks

Once production is complete and your final payment has been processed, your order will be dispatched. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Order Tracking

Every shipment, regardless of the method chosen, is assigned a unique tracking number or bill of lading. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time. This tracking information will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
